What we do
In-house HR Department
We provide general HR support as either advisors to line managers dealing with people matters. Or by providing an in-house HR department, available throughout the week for a fraction of the cost of employing a permanent HR advisor. Covering HR Administration, On-boarding, Employee Relations, Campaign support & delivery (restructures, redundancies, TUPE, set ups). Working alongside the organisation leaders to develop strategy, identify trends through metrics. As well as acting as a sounding board to your organisation's leadership team.

Employee's find having an HR dept to refer to brings to the fore any potential problems nipping them in the bud and keeping the wheels turning in a small business.
For the business owners having their own HR department enables them to demonstrate to employee's the value they place on their people and the commitment to growth and development, irrespective of the size of the organisation.
Alongside our main support as a HR led business we work alongside associates who can offer support to SHR clients within our monthly packages. Our associates cover Resourcing, Employee Counselling and IT training.

New-Career Development /Team Structure Psychometrics
Using the 16PF a tried and tested personality profiling tool developed by Raymond Cattell and founded on 35 years of research and development. The career development assessment will help you to broaden your understanding of yourself. Identifying your working style, explore how your style could be considered by others at the different career stages. Look at your problem solving approaches, and enable you to plan and direct your career. A excellent tool for those starting out, trying to identify the first and growth steps for their career. Providing feedback within 16 personality factors and 5 global factors
When used in a TEAM environment we can help improve your teams communication, conflict resolution and development. Quickly identifying both individual and team strength's, limitations, areas for growth. . A team that understands where its gaps and strength's lie, are very well equipped to maximise opportunities and assist with company growth.

How it works
We as your HR department will operate throughout the working week. Time spent dealing with queries will be tracked throughout the month (e.g. 0.75 hrs week 1, 2 hrs week 2, 1.25 hrs week 3. 0hrs week 4).
Together we discuss and agree approximately how many days of HR support your organisation is likely to need across a year. This will then be charged across 12 month's. An introduction meeting is held with your staff members. We ask you set up an internal email address to enable us to directly engage with your team members. If required Individual introduction meetings are held with line managers to understand what they would like from the service .

We are branded as your HR dept and are available across the working week as and when required.

We will set up a HR system for you to use, saving you and your team time on sickness tracking, administrating holiday requests, document tracking, team communication. I

With regular check-ins with the business owners, you will know the key issues affecting your organisation.
By taking the HR admin , ER issues etc off of your shoulders, working directly with your Line Managers , and supporting your team members, we will free you up to focus on taking your business forward.

When complex HR projects beckon an extra safe pair of hands gives your team the additional support they need at a time they most need it.

Career Development
You will be sent a secure link inviting you to complete an online profile assessment taking approximately 40 minutes. Upon completion you will be invited to attend a feedback session lasting approximately 1 hour , where the results of the assessment will be discussed. You will then be sent a full report with additional activities for you to undertake .

Team Structure Psychometrics
Each member of the team will be invited to complete an online assessment, following the assessment they will then receive personalised individual feedback.
The entire team will then be brought together to explore the team dynamic identifying Team strength's and gaps, prior to undertaking a team building exercise.
