I set up Supporting Human Resources over 10 years ago, deciding to take my career in a new direction having spent time working as both an operational lead and HR partner in  variety of sectors.  I have 28 years experience working in Retail, Aviation, Not for Profit ,Telecoms, Utilities , Road Traffic Management and Pharmaceuticals.    I am uniquely placed to work alongside small/medium businesses who are ready to take either the next step in terms of growing and developing their people. Or require support in dealing with employee relationship matters. 

Supporting HR clients are small to medium businesses ranging from 2-75 employees . As owner operators they have  gained their experience working for others and are looking to incorporate the best bits of the corporate world dampening down on unnecessary process and bureaucracy. They look for an HR partner who will role their sleeves up work alongside them,  supporting via TEAMS or in person to help grow and develop their confidence in people management, or to assist with the heavy lifting when business priorities require them elsewhere. 

Our Philosophy

Supporting Human Resources recognise that in a small organisation a traditional one-size-fits-all approach does not necessarily work. We try to tailor approaches to fit the organisation and are known for our innovative work around solutions.  Providing simple, easy to manage solutions that work in line with your own culture and business needs. As of May 2025 all of our clients have approached us via a recommendation.
